Business and Workshop Performances
Jim has a repertoire of tales created for adults. Themes include thought provoking tales using everyday events to spread humor and positive ideals. Jim's wide range of tales combined with his enthusiastic delivery provide an excellent post-luncheon or dinner activity. Many of the stories will leave a lump in your throat and a laugh in your heart.
As an academic advisor at Columbus State Community College, Jim has presented workshops to many groups. The main topics of his workshops are: positive attitude, anger management, self-concept, and time/stress management.

Anger and Conflict Workshop
The
workshop on understanding and dealing with anger is first rate. The workshop is geared for grade 7 thru
adult. It explains the major mistakes
in getting angry. Jim gives a survey
and uses real life situations to help you understand anger and how to use it
appropriately. He ties this into
dealing with conflict. “It is not
whether conflict is good or bad, but how you deal with it.”
The
workshops are 30 minutes to an hour long and easily fit into a workday or lunch
seminar.
